General Terms and Conditions for the Purchase and Redemption of the Festival Gift Card
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements between TicketGift B.V. and the Provider and the Holder.

1. Definitions
Promotional Cards - Gift Card to which special promotional terms applyPayment - The payment made by a Provider and processed by Festivalcadeau by transferring (part of) the Credit on that Holder's Gift Card to the account of TicketGift B.V.
Gift Card - The physical and/or electronic instrument and/or the set of procedures by which holders have or can obtain access to the Gift Card issued to the Holder by Intersolve. The Gift Card serves as a payment instrument that enables it to be used and accepted as a means of payment with Event Organisation(s).
Festivalcadeau – TicketGift B.V., also trading under the name Festivalcadeau, is a private limited liability company established under Dutch law, with its registered office at Favaugeplein 21, Zandvoort, and registered in the Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 76673774. For the issuance and processing of the Gift Card, Festivalcadeau uses the technical infrastructure of Intersolve B.V. Festivalcadeau guarantees careful management of the credits paid by holders, which are held in a separate account and are used to fulfil obligations related to the issuance, management and execution of its Gift Card(s).
Validity - The (remaining) period concerning the validity period of the gift card.
Holder - A natural person or legal entity in possession of or with access to a Gift Card.
Brand - The trademark Gift Card registered in the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property trademark register in the name of TicketGift B.V. or its licensor.
Payment Service Provider - The party which, only in the case where that Payment Service Provider has a distributing role, plays a strictly technical role between Festivalcadeau and the Event Organisation and which enables the Event Organisation to accept Payments from Holders as payment for tickets that the Event Organisation offers for sale in its web shop. The (amended) general terms and conditions always apply to existing Agreements, after publication on the Festivalcadeau webpage, www.festivalcadeau.com.
Credit - The amount for which the Gift Card was issued by Festivalcadeau reduced by the Payments already made by the Holder.
Event Organisation – The natural or legal person which organises events and where tickets are sold for a monetary price and which provides tickets in exchange for Credit.
Provider – the natural or legal person who purchases a gift card and thereby receives a unique gift card including a unique 19-digit code.
Redeemer - the natural or legal person who redeems the gift card with the unique code for a ticket for an event whose event organisation is affiliated with Festivalcadeau.
Redemption - The Redemption of Credit only relates to tickets. The Redemption of Credit for both electronic and physical coin sales or Credit with which drinks can be redeemed is excluded.
Redemption Point - Company where the Festival Gift Card can be exchanged for a product / service.
2. General
The Holder in these General Terms and Conditions is the person who uses the Gift Card. The Gift Card is transferable. With a transfer, all rights and obligations under this agreement are transferred to the new Holder.
TicketGift B.V. is not a party to any agreement between the Holder and the Redemption Point or between the Holder and the Event Organisation regarding the performance to which the admission tickets relate. The Holder has no claim against TicketGift B.V. regarding the purchase of admission tickets or the performance to which the admission tickets relate.
No rights can be derived from the logos and brand names displayed on the packaging cards of the Festival Gift Card. The participation of festivals and events may vary, as organisers always determine for themselves whether they have the Festival Gift Card activated or deactivated as a payment method. If a consumer wishes to spend the card at a festival listed on the packaging, but for which the link has since been terminated, the value of the card must be spent at another affiliated festival or event organisation of their choice.
3. Credit
The Credit to be placed on the Gift Card cannot be more or less than indicated by TicketGift B.V.
TicketGift B.V. may limit the maximum number of Gift Cards and/or the Credit thereon that can be obtained at one time. The Credit on a Gift Card purchased via a website of TicketGift B.V. must be activated in the manner indicated by TicketGift B.V.
It is not possible to place Credit on a Gift Card on which Credit has already been placed.
Credit on a Gift Card can only be placed according to the instructions of TicketGift B.V.
If Credit has been correctly placed on the Gift Card, TicketGift B.V. guarantees that the Credit is equal to the amount paid by the Holder in that respect.
The Credit on the Gift Card gives the Holder the right to purchase admission tickets at the Redemption Point(s) up to the amount of the Credit. The Credit can only and exclusively be used for the purchase of admission tickets. The Credit is reduced by the price of the admission ticket(s) purchased with it.
The Holder can view the remaining Credit and the Validity of the Gift Card via www.festivalcadeau.com. There are Gift Cards in circulation with different validity periods, known as Promotional Cards. After the validity period has expired, the Gift Card can no longer be redeemed.
TicketGift B.V. reserves the right at all times to block the expired Gift Card.
