Sometimes it happens that the balance checker indicates that there is no balance left on your gift card, while there should still be a balance. In most cases, this is because a transaction has already started, but the payment has not been completed. Your gift card balance is then temporarily frozen but will be released again after 10 minutes. So if this happens, please be patient and try again after 10 minutes.
