Frequently asked questions about your balance
How can I check my current balance?
Log in or create an account, go to this page, namely 'balance checker' and enter your card number and PIN.
The balance checker indicates that there is no balance on my gift card.
Sometimes it happens that the balance checker indicates that there is no more credit on your gift card, while there should actually still be a balance. In most cases, this is because a transaction has already been started, but the payment has not been completed. Your gift card balance is then temporarily frozen, but will be released again after 10 minutes. So if this happens, please be patient for a moment and try again after 10 minutes.
What should I do if my card is no longer active?
What a shame that you didn't use your gift card! Unfortunately, we can no longer reactivate gift cards.
Can I extend the expiration date of my card?
This is unfortunately not possible. We would like to remind you to redeem your gift card on time next time.
What happens if I lose my card?
Contact our customer service immediately. If you know your card number and we see that it hasn't been used yet, we can block it for you and send you a new gift card. If your gift card has already been used, unfortunately we won't be able to help you.
